| Lumber Tech Group (LTG) has provided quality training for the building products industry since 1998. Over the years, dealers have repeatedly sent people to LTG courses because of its consistent excellence in preparing employees for advancement within their companies. You will see “old favorites” in the course offerings as well as some new seminar programs. They include basic and advanced estimating, mid-management training, and roundtables for owners and managers. |

| Two new roundtable sessions have been added in response to interest
expressed by members. One of the new roundtables is for “the next generation” of
managers. This will be an exciting opportunity for young professionals in the business.
One of the new workshops is Estimating Decks, Garages, and Pole Frame Buildings.
Introducing your counter sales people to estimating will make them more valuable to you
