This survey is an anonymous way to compare your business to others across the state and region. Each quarter a survey is emailed to retail yards which should take about 5 minutes to complete. This survey will answer the question of how long invoices remain unpaid by size of business, for each region of NLA's membership and for the overall membership. All those that contribute to the survey will receive the detailed responses to use in evaluating internal business practices. A summary of the results will be shared with the entire membership. 1st Quarter Survey includes all data submitted by June 1, 2011 and reflect Accounts Receivable information as of March 31, 2011
2nd Quarter Survey includes all data submitted by August 1, 2011 and reflect Accounts Receivable information as of June 30, 2011.
4th Quarter Survey includes all data submitted by January 23, 2012 and reflect accounts receivable information as of December 31, 2011.
