The group participants are carefully selected so there are no competitors at the meetings. That is the only way in which the conversations can go into great depth in the operations, challenges and future plans of the business. The two or three days set aside to concentrate on your business without the distractions of emails, phone calls, customers or employees may sound like a big commitment but once you have experienced the format, you will agree it is the best.
