Instructor Emily Overson is an accounting professional who has spent the last 17 years in the LBM industry.  During this course will build on concepts and terminology offered in Business Management 1.  This session will focus on advanced financial management practices including understanding the real cost of doing business, understanding cash flow, the importance of budgeting, and managing capital expenditures.  Attendees will learn to create and manage a budget focusing on a business’s plan for growth.

It is recommended that participants take Business Management 1 prior to taking Business Management 2.
