Participants will gain a clear understanding of the impact their customer interactions have on their company’s success both financially and in long-term customer satisfaction. This course is critical for all employees that work directly with customers in a sales capacity and, while focused on the “new” salesperson, it offers insight that seasoned salespeople gain value from as well.

  • What a product really costs

  • How to do basic sales calculations

  • Prospecting

  • How to find new customers
