Connecting, sharing and learning, that is what NLA’s roundtable groups are all about.  These collaborative meetings, bring together retail dealers from across the region to network and share new perspectives on ways to improve their businesses.


New Virtual Roundtable Learning Series

To help members, connect with their LBM peers throughout the year, Northwestern Lumber Association is starting an online roundtable learning series.  Each series will have seven online meetings including an introduction meeting, five roundtable meetings with a guest speaker, Q&A and group discussion and a final reflection and goal setting meeting.

Roundtable Groups

Join an NLA Roundtable group and discover impactful ways to improve your business through in-depth conversations, industry tours and guidance from facilitators and guest speakers.  Groups members become a year-round sounding board that understands the rewards and challenges of the LBM industry.

NLA’s in person roundtable groups meet on an annual basis for two or three days. Being away from the office eliminates the distractions of emails, phone calls, customers or employees and allows you to focus on improving your business.


  • Legacy Roundtable - Single retail yard location with sales volume of $1-$5 million.


  • Classic Roundtable -Retail yards with one-two locations with sales volume of $5-$10 million.


  • Heritage Roundtable - Multi-location retailers with sales volume of $25 million plus. 


  • Sales Roundtable - For sales managers and key sales personnel of companies that are part of the owner/managers roundtables.
